Super Pirates is looking for a dynamic and experienced Production Manager.
We're looking for someone to support our team behind the scenes; someone forensic on details, an administrative ninja, a natural problem solver. Coming into the team you'll be an experienced and supporting hand, gently pushing projects to completion, making observations and recommendations, asking the questions, helping the team to continually develop and make the best use of their time and skills. You'll help us to run a very tidy ship, giving our MD more time to look out in the direction we are sailing! You will need to be exceptionally sharp on task management, employing effective systems and processes to help projects run smoothly. You'll need to be very comfortable on a computer, at managing pipelines and itineraries and using task management tools. You'll come to us with corporate experience from a larger company.
We anticipate that this role will start with 10 hours per week, across a few days. You will mostly work from home, though would be expected to attend regular meetings with our team in Bath. Salary negotiable.
